The entire world is not forgiven. Only believers are forgiven.

Jesus died for the entire world but only those who believe in Jesus receive this salvation.

Forgiveness = Justification = Sanctification = Salvation = Redemption = Righteousness = Eternal life

Acts 10:43 “43 All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.””

Col 1 ” in whom we (believers) have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”

We must believe to receive eternal life

John 3 “16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. “

We must believe to receive Justification and salvation

Romans 10 “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

We must believe to receive sanctification.

Acts 26 “so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’”

The entire world is not forgiven.
That is why God’s wrath comes upon those who are not believers.
