When Adam was created, he was made in the image of God, in the glory of God, filled with the life of God.

But when he sinned, all humanity died with him, and we all fell short of God’s glory.

Romans 3 “There is none righteous, not even one…..²³ for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”

Man tried to become like God in the garden of Eden and fell short of God’s glory because of sin.

But God is not self-seeking and He wants to give us ALL His glory freely by taking away our sins.

God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who was filled with the glory and fullness of God.

He died on the cross taking all our sins and shame, dying with us on the cross, sharing in our death.

He forgave our sins and raised us up with Him giving us God’s glory and righteousness!

Colossians 2 “⁹ For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, ¹⁰ and in Christ you have been brought to fullness….¹³ When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins”

Jesus seated us with Him in heaven, giving us all the glory of God, making us sons of God, having His sinless perfection and immortality.

Colossians 3 “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. ² Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. ³ For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.”

When Jesus returns, He will reveal His glory to the world and glorify us with His SAME GLORY.

Everyone who believes in Jesus Christ is forgiven all sin and will be glorified.

Romans 8:30 “³⁰ And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.”
