1 Corinthians 15 “21 For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. 22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him.”

Adam sinned and brought death to the human race.

All were dead in Adam.

But now Jesus came as the LAST ADAM, and He died on the cross.

When He died, ALL DIED with Him.

When He rose from the dead, ALL became ALIVE in Christ.

Jesus took away the sin of Adam, so then all are forgiven, all are justified.

Jesus has removed the barrier of sin between man and God.

Remember that when Adam sinned, all men were barred from the tree of life (eternal life).

But Jesus died on the cross and rose again to offer salvation to all men.

This does NOT mean that all are going to heaven automatically.

If a person does not believe in Jesus, then they are not saved.

We have to believe in Jesus to belong to Him, to take the free gift of salvation by faith.

Once you believe in Christ, then you belong to Him forever by grace.

Galatians 3 “26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
