Christ and the mixture of the Christian world.

I only want to know Jesus and His cross.

1 Corinthians 2:2 “For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.”

But there are no Churches/groups that focus on the simplicity of Jesus and the Cross.

They all add their own ideas based on the Bible and man-made ideas.

They cannot see that the main focus of the Bible should be the Cross of Jesus Christ.

It is extremely sad and distressing to see this happen in all my life as a Christian (20 years)

They seek salvation in the Bible and not the person of Jesus.

John 5 “39 You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, 40 yet you refuse to come to me to have life.”

But true Christianity is all about Jesus.

He is our eternal life through His death and resurrection.

He died to take away our sins and rose to make us righteous, perfect and sinless taking away the law.

The only thing that matters is the finished work of Jesus, and knowing Him through faith.

But most Churches worship the Bible, their man-made ideas, the law, their works, and that is why we have so many denominations, all divided, all focused on works, the law, traditions, religious philosophies, exalting man’s effort and not focusing on Jesus.

They will not fully trust in Jesus, nor will they fully go under the Law.

They will mix both of them, worshipping the Bible and Jesus at the same time.

They will not fully believe in grace but add the law.

Not fully dead but not fully alive either.

Always stuck in mixture.

If they fully went under law, then they would come to Jesus and fully embrace His grace.

But they mix law and grace, Jesus and human-traditions, the Cross and human effort, and never know the full truth.

In the end, we have to find JESUS on our own, in our personal encounter of faith in His love for us on the cross.

Jesus will teach us one-one.

We cannot depend on anyone else but Christ alone and His cross where He forgave all our sins and made us His flawless bride.

It’s a relationship with our loving bridegroom, by faith in Him who loved us and gave His life for us.

Galatians 2 “19 “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. 20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21 I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!””
