Jesus made you complete and perfect.

Colossians 2:9-10 “For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily, and in him you are made complete, who is the head of all principality and power.”

In a twinkling of an eye, the instant you believed in Christ, you received the forgiveness of sins.

It was the greatest moment of your life.

Nothing can ever match that.

On that day…..

You became complete.

You became perfect.

You became righteous.

You were forgiven all sins.

You were made holy without defect.

You were sanctified.

You received every spiritual blessing in Christ.

You became a saint.

You became a child of God.

You became the dwelling place of God.

You became alive.

You became one with Jesus Christ.

All of this is His great love for you.

All of this is by grace received by simply believing in Jesus.

So then what do we do everyday of our Christian life?

Colossians 2:6-7 “As therefore you received Christ Jesus, the Lord, walk in him, rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, even as you were taught, abounding in it in thanksgiving.”

You don’t have to do anything to become perfect or closer to God.

You already have everything!

Remember how much Jesus loves you.

Remember how complete and perfect you are in Christ.
