Jesus is our First Love

Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who LOVED me, and gave himself up for me.”

Jesus loves us so much that while we were sinners, He died on the cross and rose from the dead.

He offers forgiveness and salvation through the Gospel being preached to the world.

In great love He waits to see who will believe in His love.

When a person believes in Jesus for forgiveness, then He comes into us like a rushing wind to embrace us and make us born-again, alive, forgiven all sins.

His love gives us a new spirit – perfect, righteous and blameless just like Himself.

What a great love !!

Nobody has loved us like Jesus.

His love is pure and unconditional.

He did all the work of salvation not requiring any works from us.

All He wants is for us to receive His love and become alive!

We love Jesus by simply believing and receiving His glorious love and grace!

1 John 4:19 “We love him, because he first loved us.”

Even when we stumble by going into legalism (works) He still restores us back to His love.

It’s because we have an undying love for Jesus in our hearts.

Ephesians 6:24 “Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptible love. Amen.”

It’s because He loved us first. His love for us never fails.

Jeremiah 31:3 “Yes, I (God) have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore I have drawn you with loving kindness.”

The love of Jesus is this:

Everyone who believes is forgiven once and for all.
