Christ guides us in His righteousness

Psalm 23

“The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”

When we trust in our Lord Jesus, we lack nothing.

We are complete in Him – having His righteousness.

Colossians 2 “For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily, 10 and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ, 12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. 13 You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses”

He guides us on paths of righteousness.

He will never guide us into hating other people but His love transforms us.

When we make mistakes, He restores us always.

1 John 2 “He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in the darkness even until now. He who loves his brother remains in the light, and there is no occasion for stumbling in him.If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.”
